Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Booking All tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed once payment is received. Ongoing weekly time slots are reserved for enrolled students and are not held without payment. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. Packages and monthly plans must be paid in full before sessions begin. Unpaid sessions may be released to other students. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot and is non-refundable. For multi-session packages and courses, no refunds will be issued after the first class has been held. Cancellations & Rescheduling Workshops are offered in 4–6 week blocks with a fixed schedule. Because of the collaborative nature of these sessions, in-person meetings cannot be rescheduled or made up. If a session is missed, families will still have access to the online materials provided for that session. Tutor Cancellations If I need to cancel a session due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled promptly. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Time lost due to lateness cannot be made up or extended. Student Preparedness Students are expected to arrive prepared and ready to work. While I aim to make sessions engaging and supportive, consistent effort and participation are essential for progress. Communication Please communicate scheduling changes, questions, or concerns as early as possible. Clear communication helps me provide the best support for your student.
